Received a 2' length of flex fuel line from JEGS today and mocked up its location using a revised fuel design. The line has no high spots and allows some movement of the carb relative to the airframe as well as any motion of the tank from expansion/contraction. It is also about as far from the exhaust heat source as possible to minimize chances of fuel vaporization.
The fuel filter can be cleaned after removing the lower cowling.
Note that I have oriented the AeroInjector 180 degrees from the factory orientation, but things just seemed cleaner doing it that way with the tri-gear setup. There is a generous 180 degree bend in the throttle and mixture cables and they still move easily.
